Student Technical Services help students with how to use Brightspace, Kaltura Virtual Classroom, Kaltura, email etc. 

Submit an online request, share your questions, give them a call or go to a drop-in session!

If you’re having trouble accessing Brightspace or joining a Kaltura Virtual Classroom session, the Common Access Issues page can help. Kaltura is NIC’s video storage and streaming platform. You have access to it via Brightspace > Kaltura My Media from blue navigation bar on main page.
