At North Island College, your instructors may use a variety of digital tools to support your learning. These tools and platforms help you access course materials, participate in discussions, attend virtual classes, submit assignments, and create digital projects.

  • Brightspace – NIC’s main learning management system for accessing content, assignments, quizzes, grades, and discussions.
  • Microsoft Teams – As a student at NIC, you can access Microsoft Teams to join your virtual classroom hosted by your NIC instructors.
  • Kaltura – A platform for recording, uploading, sharing, and viewing course-related videos.
