Course Feedback Surveys

Starting in 2024, all instructors (except Continuing Education and DAL Instruction programming) are invited to opt into a common end-of-course feedback survey for students to provide input on their experiences. Instructors have a choice to opt in or not. Ask your instructor if they have opted in.

Instructors have the choice to opt in to the survey from about 60% to 80% of the course duration (from the start date). Once they opt in their course, students will receive an email from feedback2@nic.bc.ca (legit NIC email run by the teaching and learning centre). The email will contain the links of all courses that are open for feedback. Since there are varied start and end dates for courses you may receive more than one email at different times to provide feedback.

Essentially you just click on the link, see your courses, fill out your responses to the questions and hit submit. That’s it. All responses are anonymous and are aggregated into a report for instructors that they get 10 days after the end of the course.
