Early Assist
If you need support but you’re not sure who to ask or where to look, we can help. Early Assist is a “one-stop shop” to get your questions answered and get connected with the resources you need – whether that’s financial aid, career advising or a variety of other on-campus services such as counselling or tutoring.

Resources on early assist, learning supports, academic advising, accessible learning services, Indigenous and International supports, health services, academic integrity, student rights, financial supports, career services, and more.
Technology supports
Resources to help you get ready for digital learning, including tech readiness, digital skills, support services, and tools like Brightspace, Kaltura, and Office 365.
Wellness and safety
Supports for student well-being, including Early Assist, mental health and counseling services, crisis resources, the Thrive wellness initiative, and information and training on preventing sexualized violence.
